Registration


New players at the Atom, Peewee and Bantam levels are encouraged to register for the spring Skills Camp and use this as a low-cost introduction to the game of football. (Currently no longer offered)

Returning players are also encouraged to register for the spring Skills Camp to take advantage of the additional teaching and conditioning opportunity.

We have introduced Online registration utilizing RAMP Interactive's popular platform. If you already have a family account with RAMP this will look very familiar but even if you've never used it before you should find it a simple process which allows you to pay with your credit card. You can access this using the Online option under the Registration menu. Please note that should you receive a message your child's birthdate or age is out of range for the division, you can simply continue on with the registration process providing you have selected the correct division.  This may happen if your child's birthdate has not yet occurred for the age category in the division.  If you are registering for the Fall Season, please choose 2020 CDMFA Season - Fall (Football Alberta New).

With the Covid-19 pandemic, we strongly recommend you register online, as our clubhouse will have very limited access during this time. Also by registering online, you can pay registration fees via credit card or e-transfer, as we are discouraging cash or cheque payments at this time.

You're going to need a few items in order to complete your child's registration. Details vary by level and are outlined below. More information about fundraising activities and commitments can be found on our Fundraising page.

 

Atom (8, 9 & 10 year olds)

You'll need:

  • Proof of age such as a Birth Certificate, Alberta Health Care Card or Passport
  • Either:
    • A copy of the current Atom Registration Form signed by a Parent or Guardian, or
    • A Parent or Guardian to sign the form during registration
  • If you want to register for the regular Season you'll need:
  • Regular Season fees - $300 (cheque or cash accepted, increases to $350 after September 1)
  • Fundraising deposit - 3 x $100 (undated cheques)
  • Equipment deposit - $500.00 (undated cheque)

In addition to the registration fees each family must fulfill 3 fundraising commitments per Atom player. A fund raising deposit cheque will be cashed for each unfulfilled fundraising commitment. Cheques will be returned to families who complete their commitments and all the equipment is returned.

 

Peewee (11 & 12 year olds)

You'll need:

  • Proof of age such as a Birth Certificate, Alberta Health Care Card or Passport
  • Either:
    • A copy of the current Peewee Registration Form signed by a Parent or Guardian, or
    • A Parent or Guardian to sign the form during registration
  • If you want to register for the regular Season you'll need:
  • Regular Season fees - $350 (cheque or cash accepted, increases to $400 after September 1)
  • Fundraising deposit - 4 x $100 (undated cheques)
  • Equipment deposit - $500.00 (undated cheque)

In addition to the registration fees each family must fulfill 4 fundraising commitments per Peewee player. A fund raising deposit cheque will be cashed for each unfulfilled fundraising commitment. Cheques will be returned to families who complete their commitments and all the equipment is returned.

 

Bantam (13, 14 & 15 year olds not entering high school)

You'll need:

  • Proof of age such as a Birth Certificate, Alberta Health Care Card or Passport
  • Copy of most recent report card to show proof of grade going to in September
  • Either:
    • A copy of the current Bantam Registration Form signed by a Parent or Guardian, or
    • A Parent or Guardian to sign the form during registration
  • If you want to register for the regular Season you'll also need:
  • Regular Season fees - $350 (cheque or cash accepted, increases to $400 after September 1)
  • Fundraising deposit - 4 x $100 (undated cheques)
  • Equipment deposit - $500.00 (undated cheque)

In addition to the registration fees each family must fulfill 4 fundraising commitments per Bantam player. A fund raising deposit cheque will be cashed for each unfulfilled fundraising commitment. Cheques will be returned to families who complete their commitments and all the equipment is returned.

 

Midget (Grades 9, 10 & 11) - REGISTRATION IS CURRENTLY CLOSED

You'll need:

  • Proof of grade & school - a recent report card is preferred
  • Proof of age such as a Birth Certificate, Alberta Health Care Card or Passport
  • Either:
    • A copy of the current Midget Registration Form signed by a Parent or Guardian, or
    • A Parent or Guardian to sign the form during registration
  • Payment:
    • 2020 Season registration fees: - $500
    • Fundraising deposit - $100, due when equipment is issued

In addition to the registration fees each player must fulfill 1 fundraising commitment. This can be performed by the player or someone else on their behalf. The Midget Fundraiser will be explained upon registration.
